📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Role: We are seeking a Senior Back-End Developer-PHP who will play a pivotal role in spearheading our backend development initiatives. • This position requires an individual with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel and Devops along with strong leadership skills. • As the Lead Backend Developer, you will oversee the development of the backend infrastructure, ensuring responsiveness to frontend requests, and driving optimization efforts for both technology and user experience. • Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Hands-on development experience with PHP, Laravel, and DevOps, actively identifying and addressing technical challenges. • Analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements. • Collaborate with the frontend team to understand UI requirements, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal web functionality. • Generate ideas for new programs, products, or features by staying updated with industry developments and trends. • Develop high-quality, reusable code and conduct UI tests to optimize performance. • Proficient in database systems, with expertise in MySQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB is preferred. • Solid understanding of enterprise software design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and data structures. • Expertise in PHP-based frameworks such as Laravel, with a strong understanding of design patterns and best practices. • Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for building scalable backend systems and APIs. • Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React.js or AngularJS. • Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment. • Strong knowledge of building distributed systems, microservices-based architecture, and web services (REST, SOAP) to ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including services like AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, or Azure Functions.
