📋 Description

• Take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive adoption of technology solutions across the German market. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with freight forwarders in Germany. • Leverage existing network to open doors and build long-term partnerships. • Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver value and ensure client satisfaction. • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth. • Travel to client sites as needed per business requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the freight industry, selling to freight forwarders. • Strong track record selling technology solutions to freight forwarders. • Established network and rolodex in the German market. • Experience working at or with technology companies (preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Native-level German and fluent English.
