• New Deal Generation: Proactively seek out and identify potential clients and opportunities, with a primary focus on closing new business deals. • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and business objectives. • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to approach and engage prospective clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs. • Pitch and Presentation: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. • Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations with prospective clients, addressing any objections, and guiding them through the sales process to secure new contracts. • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
• Proven Sales Experience • Strong Negotiation Skills • Strategic Mindset • Excellent Communication • Self-Motivated • Experience with SAAS Sales in Healthcare • 5+ years field sales experience • Complex Sales/Solution Selling experience • Knowledge of Hospital/Quality Improvement industry • Experience negotiating with hospital leadership, IT and Procurement • Publishing/Information industry would be a plus but not necessary • Clinical market experience • Knowledge of Windows, Internet/WWW, CRM Applications, SalesForce • Strong interpersonal skills
