📋 Description

• Building value propositions to meet client needs • Managing a diverse portfolio of customers across key Wood Mackenzie markets • Achieving and exceeding conference and individual sales targets • Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share • Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach • Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients • Maintaining consistent client engagement through meetings and calls to support pipeline development • Developing understanding of market trends and client needs to ensure value-led selling • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and reporting • Overseeing smooth delivery of sponsorship contracts in collaboration with delivery teams • Maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and providing timely sales updates and insights • Collaborating with entire sponsorship content and events team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, media sales, or account management • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close • Excellent presentation, pitching and proposal development skills • Ability to engage, influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand client needs and market trends • Experience working collaboratively across internal teams in a matrix environment • Highly organised with strong CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) and accurate pipeline management • Confident networker with strong relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
