• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals targeting Local Government sector customers • Drive pipeline generation and deal progression to exceed revenue targets • Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles and public sector procurement frameworks • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for the education market • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins setting team up for success • Stay informed on local government policy, funding cycles, and digital transformation trends
• Proven experience in SaaS sales management, ideally within Transport SaaS products • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for team development • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
