📋 Description

• Support execution of requirements and design activity for system and dimension design and reporting outputs • Document user stories and process mapping for current and future processes • Liaise with the business to validate and maintain requirements and design • Create and champion a standardised report inventory with core report mock-ups • Support testing during the build process and validate functionality and outputs • Perform data migration testing and support UAT delivery and coordination • Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues • Support business training and go-live processes • Support process improvement activities facilitating successful project go-live • Support the Group Finance consolidation project replacing Oracle EPM (FCCS and Planning) across the full project lifecycle alongside the external implementation partner

🎯 Requirements

• Finance background with solid understanding of month-end close, consolidation and reporting processes • Hands-on experience in an end-to-end project implementation, including collation of requirements and design • Comfortable working directly with local and regional finance teams, providing clear guidance and support • Experience of working alongside an implementation partner • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with non-technical stakeholders • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities • Previous experience in OneStream implementation project or the use of EPM Consolidation systems is desirable
