📋 Description

• Translate, subtitle, and quality-assure audiovisual trailer assets according to client-specific guidelines • Translate actor dialogue and deliver subtitles as SRT files • Translate on-screen text • Translate and suggest forced narratives conveying plot-relevant on-screen information • Translate text for key artwork and digital banners • Perform quality assurance on subtitling completed by other freelancers • Agree on ongoing work capacity before beginning • Work is anticipated from September 2026 through April 2027

🎯 Requirements

• Native fluency in Dutch, Khmer, Latvian, Urdu, Kazakh, Traditional Chinese, Traditional Chinese for Taiwan, or Czech • 5 years of subtitling experience • Experience with Subtitle Edit • High level of English • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Able to respond quickly to feedback • Short subtitling test and security screening required • Online security assessment and security training video required • Available for a minimum of two titles per week during busy season • Ability to meet 24-hour delivery deadlines • Familiarity with Jira is an asset • Portfolio or work samples can be provided
