• Assist in onboarding transportation partners • Manage daily trips and assist parents and districts • Capture new business opportunities with current and new clients • Monitor new legislations affecting student transportation • Collaborate with internal departments to execute reports and improve service quality • Maintain safety and efficiency for passengers and contractors
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in customer relationship management • Ability to manage daily operations and optimize service quality • Knowledge of regulatory policies in transportation • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Must be able to learn and utilize technical skills
