📋 Description

• Preparation of forecasts, reports and presentations as well as ad hoc analyses and evaluations including commentary for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board • Preparation of KPIs and quarterly extrapolations • Medium‑term planning of group companies at home and abroad and preparation of the 3‑year plan • Preparation of the cash flow statement and financial ratios for the stock corporation as part of the annual financial statements (HGB) • Active participation in the preparation of consolidated financial statements under HGB/IFRS • Establishment and further development of controlling, KPI systems and financial reporting under HGB/IFRS • Point of contact for external queries from auditors at home and abroad and close coordination with internal departments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable commercial qualification with further training as a certified accounting specialist (Bilanzbuchhalter) • Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, preferably in internationally operating companies • Structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Ideally, experience with DATEV or equivalent accounting software • Enthusiasm for managing projects and process optimizations • Good written and spoken English
