• Operationalize the “how” of how customer-facing teams will utilize the technology to execute their role in the customer engagement lifecycle. • Create and manage learning content for the Workiva GTM technologies • Serve as the tech stack subject matter expert on all Sales New Hire Onboarding and Evergreen programs globally • Stay apprised of all upcoming functionality by vendor and provide role-based updates to our GTM organization • Work together with our Creative Operations team, our Delivery Enablement Team, and others in the creation and deployment of appropriate instructor led training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support engagement of our Global Sales Team to align with the optimization and utilization of the GTM Tech Stack • Leverage internal AI resources, capabilities and functionality to optimize seller efficiencies
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree • Advanced knowledge of SalesForce.com, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Excellent presentation and classroom facilitation skills both in-person and virtual • Experience working in Learning Management and Experience Platforms
