📋 Description

• Obtain new business and customer expansion sales opportunities from executive-level buyers and influencers • Focus on Workiva’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions for the UK • Build relationships and identify Workiva products and solutions that meet customer needs • Drive customer acquisition through new customer subscriptions, professional services, delivery, and training • Seek sales opportunities with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified pipeline • Use needs-analysis information to deliver compelling Workiva platform demonstrations • Address customer objections and resolve client challenges • Lead sales processes through close by showcasing Workiva’s value proposition • Update customer relationship management tools with customer contacts • Analyze pipelines and provide accurate forecasts • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure sales • Rally internal support and optimize internal resources for accounts • Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through • Maintain strong Workiva product knowledge through ongoing training

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a related role, enterprise technology, or similar complex solution sales • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience • Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model • Ability to demonstrate complex software applications • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business challenges • Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level • Ability to identify and understand influencers versus buyers and navigate sales-cycle nuances • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously • Ability to negotiate pricing while retaining value • Capability for achieving and exceeding sales quota targets • Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office
