âą Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or in customer-facing roles âą Customer-centric mindset and a passion for showcasing user success âą Excellent interviewing and storytelling skills; strong interpersonal abilities âą Analytical approach focused on the business impact of engagement initiatives âą Experience in customer engagement or community management, including managing review programs (G2; Gartner Peer Insights) âą Comfortable collaborating with Account, Sales, Product Marketing and Creative teams âą Curious and willing to experiment with new tools, including AI, to support content marketing at scale âą Nice to have: experience with HubSpot or other customer marketing tools
