📋 Description

• As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be at the heart of the internal platform initiatives on which all Workleap products are built. • Explore promising ideas and rapidly develop prototypes to test different technologies • Work within a small team driven by a strong spirit of experimentation and rapid iteration cycles • Adopt a trial-and-error approach, viewing each attempt as a learning opportunity • Take calculated risks, gather early feedback, and adjust solutions to maximize impact • Work closely with developers in your team, other teams and technology leaders (staff and principal developers, managers and directors) • Guide the technical implementation of experiments, bridging the gap between exploration and industrialization • Identify high-potential ideas and select the right technologies to bring them into production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in back-end development, ideally in a platform engineering-oriented environment;• Experience using AI tools in daily software development;• Strong command of back-end development in C#/.NET;• Ability to plan and lead projects from start to finish;• Strong communication skills;• Solid knowledge of distributed cloud systems and DevOps CI/CD practices.
