📋 Description

• Provide legally sound, practical employment law advice to clients • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships • Support senior advisors with client meetings and proposals • Manage early conciliation matters and liaise with employee representatives • Deliver client training on employment law topics • Support and mentor paralegals and trainees • Focus on clear, pragmatic solutions within a fixed-fee advisory model • Work with a diverse client base supported by WorkNest’s employment law, HR, compliance, health and safety, cybersecurity, and ISO services

🎯 Requirements

• Newly qualified solicitor or employment law / employee relations professional • Minimum of two years’ relevant experience • Strong grounding in employment law and employee relations • Ability to provide clear, pragmatic, commercially aware advice • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Client-focused approach with commitment to high standards of service • Interest in a fixed-fee, advisory-led environment • Commitment to WorkNest’s values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork and Inclusion • CV and covering letter required
