Our fast growing customer base includes hundreds of rapidly growing SaaS companies like Webflow, Vercel, Loom, Plaid, and Drata. • About the role: • We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment process, driving candidate engagement, and ensuring we attract top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles. The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), possess a strong sense of ownership, and demonstrate the ability to move with urgency. • This role is best suited for someone who will be able to handle the dynamic nature of a high-growth startup, and have creativity around how/where to source strong talent. We operate as a lean team, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and passionate about growing teams remotely. The ideal candidate will be able to balance long-term focus with practical day-to-day execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles. • Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted partner and advisor. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
