📋 Description

• Handle 2–3 inbound service and reservation calls per hour • Accurately process requested changes to existing reservations • Adhere to the Customer Connection methodology • Efficiently handle customer requests independently and accurately using available resources • Navigate multiple browsers and systems • Chat via instant messaging and respond to emails while maintaining engaged customer conversations • Remain accessible and responsive via phone, email, and chat during scheduled work hours • Meet or exceed performance goals and maintain productivity standards • Participate in team meetings and training • Build knowledge and stay informed of company initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Reliable and available to work a full-time schedule between 35–45 hours/week based on business needs • Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for one-call resolution • High level of attention to detail • Strong typing skills • Proficiency with internet navigation, chat, email, and Microsoft Office • Ability to communicate through verbal, listening, and written mediums • Confidence to make outbound follow-up calls to customers • Open to receiving coaching feedback and applying learnings • Able to concentrate and sit or stand at a desk while viewing a computer screen repetitively and answering the phone for each scheduled shift • Self-motivated and adaptable in a structured virtual call center • Reliable internet with at least 5.0 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download • Must have a private, distraction-free workspace • Home office must be in a different residence from any other World Travel Holdings remote employee • Availability for assigned shifts between 10:00 AM and 11:30 PM EST, including weekends, holidays, and non-consecutive days off • Availability for ongoing schedules that may range between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM EST
