‱ Conduct client intake procedures and manage ongoing follow-up communications via phone and email. ‱ Collect, organize, and manage essential documents and information from clients in a timely and discreet manner. ‱ Maintain a high level of organization for digital files and case-related materials. ‱ Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate critical submissions and deadlines. ‱ Perform a variety of other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth firm operations.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency is non-negotiable. ‱ Proven experience in client-facing communication and follow-up. ‱ Demonstrated ability to manage schedules confidently and coordinate tasks. ‱ Strong skills in gathering, sorting, and organizing documents and data. ‱ Self-starting, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently. ‱ Prior experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is required. ‱ High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. ‱ Must be personable, kind, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
