• Oversee the operation and financial performance of a rental investment portfolio, starting at approximately 150 residential units. • Manage all aspects of the client's real estate assets, focusing on maximizing revenue through effective leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant retention. • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with property stakeholders and tenants, serving as their main point of contact. • Provide strategic guidance to clients on reducing vacancies, executing value-add renovations, and improving tenant retention. • Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently elevates the company's brand reputation. • Collaborate with the Portfolio Director and the Leasing team to implement strategies that meet or exceed revenue, retention, and occupancy goals. • Actively participate in strategic portfolio team meetings, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. • 2-5 years of professional experience in property management, real estate, sales, or a similar client-facing role. • Outstanding writing, verbal communication, and negotiation abilities, with a strong customer-centric approach. • A self-motivated, independent mentality with a genuine desire to grow with the company. • Familiarity with real estate investments and/or financial analysis is a plus. • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.
