📋 Description
• Full-cycle recruitment for US-based positions, primarily Patient Advocate roles • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top-tier talent • Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a robust talent pipeline • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit • Manage positive and efficient candidate experience from initial contact through to offer • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and recruitment goals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with specific focus on the United States market • Demonstrable success in sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity • Prior experience recruiting within the healthcare or medical sector is highly preferred • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and other recruitment tools • Collaborative, empathetic, and professional demeanor with strong sense of integrity
