• Respond promptly to warm inbound leads via phone and follow-up channels • Conduct outbound follow-ups to re-engage prospects and maintain an active pipeline • Build strong relationships with potential clients to increase conversion rates • Manage and update lead information within the CRM system accurately • Keep leads engaged throughout the sales cycle until conversion or closure • Address customer concerns, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills • Maintain consistent communication with prospects to strengthen trust and retention • Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies based on data
• Strong experience in Sales or Business Development roles • Proven ability to handle inbound calls and follow up effectively with leads • High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing pipelines • Ability to work a structured schedule (Wednesday to Sunday, EST hours) • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when handling customer concerns
