• Execute strategic outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, text, and WhatsApp to generate new business opportunities • Conduct diligent follow-up on inbound leads to qualify prospects and identify key decision-makers within target companies • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential clients throughout the initial sales cycle • Meticulously update and manage all lead information, interactions, and pipeline stages within the CRM system • Coordinate seamlessly with the US-based sales and fulfillment teams to transition qualified leads into the client onboarding process smoothly • Consistently track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure outreach effectiveness
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, prospecting, and lead generation • Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) • Professional proficiency in English (required) • Demonstrated ability to perform cold outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, text, WhatsApp) • Experience with CRM software for lead tracking and management • Prior experience in an SDR or similar outbound sales role • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Reliable, diligent, and outgoing personality • Flexibility to adapt to different client needs
