📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through various communication channels • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions • Manage the sales pipeline and consistently follow up with leads • Conduct consultations with prospective clients in a professional and empathetic manner • Clearly explain services, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the sales process • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics • Stay informed about company services and industry best practices to effectively communicate value to prospective clients

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or a strong professional background in sales • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a service-based industry • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong negotiation and closing abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Organized with excellent time management skills • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics • Experience working with clients from the United States or Europe is highly preferred • Experience working for a large organization within their country is considered an advantage • Demonstrated success in sales or business development • Strong active listening and consultative selling skills • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust • High level of professionalism and integrity • Adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated • Comfortable learning new services and processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with multicultural clients is an asset • Legal industry experience is a plus but is not required
