📋 Description

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards • Ensure the location meets statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental requirements • Enhance Caterlink’s reputation for excellent food and service and exceed client and customer expectations • Manage the day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams • Manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Act as the main client contact at the school • Recommend and implement regular adjustments and improvements • Communicate with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets • Support and train teams, ensuring training is completed and performance is managed

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience of cooking for up to 280 meals per day • Enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for the role • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults • Ability to prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards • Knowledge and compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures • Ability to manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Ability to monitor KPIs and financial targets • Ability to support and train teams
