📋 Description

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner • Ensure customers’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customers’ needs throughout their journey • Answer questions and address concerns or issues in a friendly manner • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations • Support and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment • Comply with health and safety regulations and food service or catering guidelines • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas

🎯 Requirements

• Must have own transport and clean license • Passion for food and/or customer service • Ability to work within a collaborative and inclusive team environment • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus • Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices • Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
