• Join Our Team as an L3 Support Java Specialist - Mexico Fully Remote • We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java professional to join our support team. • This is a support role and will likely require weekend work (it will be a rotating schedule).
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development and support • Expertise in REST API, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring • Experience working with multi-server environments such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic • Strong database skills (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, etc.) • Proficiency in Unix and scripting languages (Shell, Perl) • Familiarity with job scheduling tools like AutoSys, Procmon, and Crontab • Hands-on experience with IDEs such as Eclipse and NetBeans • Knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins • Understanding of support models (L2+/L3) and production tooling (Jira, ServiceNow) • Proactive with excellent teamwork and communication • Empathetic, responsible, committed, and adaptable
