📋 Description

• Perform routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for high-end customer orders • Analyze part designs and support optimization to ensure manufacturability • Communicate with customers by phone, video calls, and in writing to clarify design and production issues and solve problems • Support large deals and build trusted relationships with key and strategic customers • Collaborate with providers to resolve manufacturability challenges • Travel to providers when needed, if location allows • Provide expertise in complaint handling, excluding formal RMA cases • Ensure clear and timely resolution of technical production issues • Work with the Sourcing Engineering team to identify suitable providers • Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and engineering processes • Report to the Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and sheet metal manufacturing • Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies • Experience working with technical drawings and design-related problem solving • Understanding of dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, and process limitations • Ability to independently identify technical risks and propose manufacturing solutions • Fluent and professional English • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt across different industries • Must be located in the United Kingdom • CV must be submitted in English
