📋 Description

• Architect and build robust, scalable, and maintainable systems for global payment processing • Tackle the deepest technical complexity in the platform and solve complex technical problems • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to engineers • Drive delivery of complex, cross-team projects aligned with business goals and timelines • Contribute to technical vision, roadmap, and engineering strategy • Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders, translating technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences • Optimize system performance and scalability through efficient algorithms and clean code • Safeguard quality through rigorous testing and code reviews • Shape AI-native systems and AI-driven engineering development practices • Lead the architecture of at least one major system within the first 6–12 months

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Deep expertise in Go and/or Kotlin and strength across the full stack • Proven experience designing and building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems • Solid grasp of architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver innovative solutions • Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native services, including RDS, ECS, EKS, and S3 • Excellent automated testing practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Experience working within Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD workflows • Proven technical leadership, including mentoring and coaching engineers and driving technical vision, strategy, and complex project delivery • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
