📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services • Develop reliable product APIs, billing, back-office scenarios, and internal admin tools • Design PostgreSQL schemas and manage migrations • Maintain data consistency and optimize heavy queries • Use Redis for caching, task coordination, rate limits, and operational state • Build reporting and event-processing flows on ClickHouse • Run migrations and schema changes across Django and Alembic services • Improve monitoring, logging, alerts, and debugging • Collaborate with product, frontend, infrastructure, and support teams on safe, predictable feature releases

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English (B2+) • Strong commercial experience with Python 3 • Hands-on Django experience and deep understanding of its ecosystem • Confident PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, indexes, migrations, and query optimization • Redis experience for caching, queues, locks, and high-load product scenarios • Confident migration management via Django migrations and Alembic • Experience designing APIs, background tasks, and internal admin tools • Understanding of observability, including logs, monitoring, and incident investigation • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment • Attention to testing and making critical system paths predictable • Ability to write Go or confidently read it • Basic understanding of the network stack • Experience turning complex legacy systems into architecturally mature solutions • Must not be located in or work from the listed sanctioned countries and regions
