📋 Description

• Develop and execute prospecting strategies for new clients across multiple channels • Identify and qualify potential clients using the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) • Ensure execution of the named account prospecting plan • Conduct on-site visits and presentations for potential clients • Deliver online presentations about the company and its three business pillars • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate through to closing • Act consultatively in competitive processes such as RFPs and similar • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and ensuring the closing of new business • Monitor new clients' needs closely and ensure their satisfaction with the company's services • Collaborate with pre-sales and relationship teams (CS/farmer) to ensure excellence in delivery • Achieve sales targets (Resale, Projects and Recurring)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Previous experience as an Account Manager/Hunter or in consultative sales within the Technology sector • Hunter profile, results-oriented with strong negotiation skills • Knowledge of the managed services market and cybersecurity solutions • Familiarity with the MSP (Managed Service Provider) and MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) models and the benefits they provide to clients • Strong social selling skills, content generation ability and experience building digital relationships • Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, prospecting platforms, Sales Navigator and similar • Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales and BANT • Availability for on-site visits and travel when required • Preferred: Experience selling IT solutions to large enterprise clients • Knowledge of Strati's services and technologies (Digital Work, On The Cloud, Guardian) • Familiarity with international IT and cybersecurity management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) • Sales or IT-related certifications • Network of contacts in the IT market (an active client portfolio is a major advantage)
