📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, qualification, interviews, and providing feedback; • Support the organization of talent pipelines, manage open positions, and update spreadsheets and performance metrics; • Participate in alignment meetings with clients and the internal team; • Prepare assessments and behavioral profile analyses; • Deliver recruitment processes with high accuracy, speed, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably working as a recruitment consultant, headhunter, or in HR consultancies; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Ability to run full-cycle recruitment processes independently and accurately; • Experience with diverse profiles and roles across different seniority levels.
