• Develop and implement sales plans that grow market share and deliver sustainable business growth across your region. • Create trusted relationships with farmers and industry stakeholders, understanding their challenges and helping them achieve their goals. • Promote Yara's market-leading crop nutrition solutions, providing practical advice and tailored recommendations that support customer success. • Proactively seek out new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and help bring innovative solutions to market. • Stay informed on agricultural trends, crop production challenges, and sustainability developments, sharing valuable insights with customers and colleagues.
• Experience from a customer-facing commercial sales, or business development role (it would be highly advantageous if you have a background in fertilizer sales). • Knowledge of agriculture, crop production, agronomy, or the wider farming industry. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering results. • The ability to identify customer needs and develop practical solutions. • A full UK driving licence.
