•Actively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our Ruby on Rails backend in close collaboration with a dynamic, cross-functional team. •Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and technical spikes to foster collaboration and code quality. •Work closely with our CTO, Product Lead, and Sustainability Lead to transform customer feedback into impactful features that make a real difference. •Develop scalable, efficient solutions for complex problems while adhering to clean code principles. •Help maintain a high standard of code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and consistent use of ESLint, Rubocop, and other code-quality tools. •Take ownership of the full deployment process, from testing in a separate environment to live deployment on Herokuensuring seamless and reliable platform performance. •Drive improvements in automation and platform monitoring to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of both technology and sustainability solutions. •Our team is fully committed to agile development, working in two-week SCRUM sprints to continuously deliver user value. •We prioritize clean code and efficient problem-solving, ensuring that development speed never comes at the cost of quality. •Every feature we roll out is rigorously tested and optimized for performance, and our cloud-first approach ensures that all aspects of our product are well-monitored and automated for stability.
