📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for China-market positions and global positions when needed • Close hires for roles in sales, marketing, game production, and other functions • Partner with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and hiring teams to calibrate role requirements and business needs • Research, source, and engage top talent using BOSS, Maimai, Liepin, WeChat networks, and other local channels • Build and maintain talent maps and pipelines across China's gaming ecosystem • Conduct pre-screen interviews in Mandarin and English, assessing technical skills and culture add • Provide thoughtful candidate feedback and ensure presented candidates align with company values and needs • Represent Yodo1's brand throughout the hiring process • Explain Yodo1's work environment and differentiators to candidates • Develop accurate job descriptions with hiring managers • Share market trends and ensure business and recruiting alignment • Attend local Chinese games-related networking conferences • Stay current on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices • Experiment with AI and new sourcing approaches to improve hiring quality and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on recruitment experience in China • Proven sourcing skills across BOSS, Maimai, Liepin and other China-market channels • Strong knowledge of China's gaming talent market or adjacent technology talent ecosystem • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing • Experience hiring across various roles in a fast-paced environment • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional working English • Strong EQ and communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Data-driven approach to tracking hiring progress and measuring outcomes • Creative approach to using AI in recruitment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles • Ability to communicate clearly with candidates and international colleagues • Experience recruiting across mobile games, LiveOps, game publishing, monetization, or gaming business development (might have) • Experience hiring internationally outside China (might have) • Experience working in a fully remote international business across multiple time zones (might have) • Familiarity with Teamtailor or a similar ATS and practical use of AI in recruitment workflows (might have)
