📋 Description

• Support the operation of our People function at Yodo1 by improving our systems and processes • Continuously improve the onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring processes are clear, consistent, and up to date • Review and update internal resources and onboarding documentation (e.g. Notion pages) • Handle operational tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including system updates, data filtering, and report collation • Maintain accurate, well-organized People data and documentation • Help optimize how we use AI, tools, and systems across People and Talent

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a similar operational or administrative role, working closely with People teams • Experience with, or an interest in, leveraging AI to improve efficiency in your work • Comfort working across multiple tools and systems (e.g. Notion, ATS platforms) • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
