📋 Description

• Own the lifecycle map and build it in Canvas Flow, including onboarding, activation, top-up reminders, re-engagement, win-back and churn saves • Run native mobile channels: push, in-app messages and content cards; use SMS where cost-effective • Set frequency policies, including caps, quiet hours and control groups • Write Liquid and build custom in-app messages in HTML/CSS for old Android and new iPhone devices • Own deep linking and use Connected Content to retrieve real-time balances, prices and offers at send time • Ship every campaign in Spanish and English to the same standard, rather than translating • Run A/B and multivariate tests • Report conversions and revenue within defined windows, not open rates alone • Maintain workspace naming conventions, segment hygiene and documentation • Coordinate clean handoffs between Braze messaging and YOlanda, the AI concierge

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years running high-volume mobile engagement campaigns hands-on in Braze • iOS/Android push permissions, provisional push, deep link schemas, APNs and FCM • Ability to write Liquid without a reference • HTML/CSS for custom in-app messages • Ability to read Braze reporting, set a meaningful conversion window and follow a cohort over time • Bilingual Spanish and English, written to the same standard in both • Care for prepaid users and their attention • Nice to have: Braze Certified Marketing Specialist or Strategy Expert • Nice to have: SQL, Currents or a warehouse • Nice to have: CDP work (Segment, mParticle) • Nice to have: Attribution (Branch, AppsFlyer) • Nice to have: Telecoms, prepaid or fintech experience
