📋 Description

• Install smart meters and deliver metering solutions to businesses across the UK • Start as a Dual Fuel Engineer and train within around 8 weeks in warrant work • Progress to Elite Dual Fuel Engineer after upskilling • Undertake safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems and associated equipment • Deliver friendly, professional customer visits • For Elite Engineers, undertake debt resolution visits and support customers • For Elite Engineers, alternate between attending warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer, with support • For non-Elite engineers, focus on technical metering work without warrant or debt visits • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve team and business goals • Report to the Regional Field Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Smart Metering Dual Fuel Engineer • Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent) • Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent) • UK Driving Licence • Pass a DBS check • Indefinite right to work in the UK; the position does not fulfil Skilled Worker visa sponsorship criteria • Ability to safely install, exchange, commission, remove, and maintain metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems • Ability to deliver friendly, professional customer interactions • Compliance with health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures • Ownership of stock, tools, and company vehicle • Willingness to undertake ongoing technical training and mentoring
