📋 Description

• Install, exchange, commission, remove, and maintain metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems • Deliver smart metering solutions to business customers across the UK • Progress from Dual Fuel Engineer to Elite Dual Fuel Engineer after around 8 weeks of warrant-work training • Elite Engineers undertake friendly debt resolution visits • Elite Engineers alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer, always supported and never solo • Non-Elite Dual Fuel Engineers focus exclusively on technical metering work without warrant or debt visits • Work directly with company customers • Manage stock, tools, and company vehicle • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team and business goals • Report to the Regional Field Manager • Work a rotating Monday-Friday shift pattern between 6am and 8pm

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Smart Metering Dual Fuel Engineer • Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent) • Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent) • UK Driving Licence • Pass a DBS check • Safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems • Compliance with health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures • Friendly, professional customer interactions • Ownership of stock, tools, and company vehicle • Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks • Openness to ongoing technical training and mentoring • Must already have an indefinite right to work in the UK; the role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship criteria
