📋 Description

• Install, exchange, commission, remove, and maintain metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems • Deliver friendly, professional customer interactions • Work with colleagues and management to deliver team and business goals • Start as a Dual Fuel Engineer and train in warrant work within around 8 weeks, progressing to Elite Dual Fuel Engineer • Elite Engineers undertake friendly debt resolution visits • Elite Engineers alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer, always supported and never solo • Non-Elite Dual Fuel Engineers focus purely on technical metering work • Work a rotating Monday-Friday shift pattern between 6am and 8pm • Report to the Regional Field Manager • Cover Lancaster/Lake District postcodes LA10, LA11, LA12, LA13, LA14, LA15, LA16, LA17, LA18, LA19, LA20, LA21, LA22, LA23, LA5, LA6, LA7, LA8, LA9, LA1, LA2, LA3, and LA4

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Smart Metering Dual Fuel Engineer • Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent) • Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent) • UK Driving Licence • Pass a DBS check • Indefinite right to work in the UK; the role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship criteria • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks • Safety-first approach • Ability to comply with health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures • Ability to manage stock, tools, and company vehicle • Openness to ongoing technical training and mentoring • Commercial experience is not required
