📋 Description

• Ensure robust support for systems utilized by application development teams. • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain Product Documentation, including Configuration Guides and User Guides. • Oversee day-to-day configuration (including coding) and support responsibilities for products. • Drive support team productivity through coaching, mentorship, and resolving impediments for L1/L2/L3 support teams. • Perform system administration and contribute to strategic planning with Product Owners. • Provide system data (access logs, configuration settings, user manifests) to internal Compliance Teams for scheduled and ad-hoc analyses. • Uphold data management standards and facilitate development/deployment of system integration strategies leveraging common tools and processes. • Provide technical leadership in developing and validating improved processes, technologies, and large-scale systems. • Coordinate with product suppliers for enhancements and unresolved issues; manage users, groups, and projects. • Generate weekly and monthly operational reports; participate in technical review boards and offer technical consultation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, release vendor software upgrades, OS upgrades, infrastructure upgrades, and migration of services from data centers. • Coordinate installation of upgrades and patches; assist internal and external communications to improve transparency. • Support DevOps practices for project teams utilizing Azure DevOps, Fortify, GitHub, and Mend. • Spend up to 20% of time managing and coaching Support Teams and the end-user community.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft and software development. • Experience with Fortify on Demand, GitHub Advanced Security, GitHub Advanced Security for Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Defender – DevOps Security. • Preferred Experience with Agile transformation in organizations. • Hands-on experience with metrics and tracking tools (e.g., PowerBI). • Capability to manage internal IT teams, contractors, and onshore/offshore partner resources. • Experience in developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions. • Proven experience in developing team members and serving as a role model. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and convey technical information to IT professionals. • International experience and the ability to work in diverse environments across cultures and time zones; availability for international travel at short notice and participation in international calls outside of standard working hours. • Experience supporting DevOps practices and tools including Azure DevOps, Fortify, GitHub, and Mend.
