📋 Description
• Conduct approximately 20 consultations daily with pre-qualified prospective clients. • Evaluate their legal issues, clearly communicate our firm’s value proposition, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of criminal law and Michael & Associates’ defense strategies. • Engage each client interaction with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, offering reassurance and fostering lasting trust. • Act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, representing Michael & Associates with integrity and professionalism.
