📋 Description

• Manage and develop customer relationships throughout the entire Customer Lifecycle—from onboarding and enablement to expansion • Conduct product demos, workshops, and tailored training sessions • Serve as the primary contact for business and technical questions, providing fast, solution-oriented support • Recognize potential and identify and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Analyze usage data, derive recommendations, and develop individualized optimization measures with customers • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to systematically share customer feedback and continuously improve the platform • Further develop Customer Success processes, materials, and best practices • Support the expansion of customer retention and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in (SaaS) Customer Success, ideally in a B2B environment • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and MS Office • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Customer-focused, proactive, solution-oriented, and dependable approach to work • Willingness or natural aptitude to learn complex software products or platforms • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels • Efficient management and prioritization of multiple customer contacts, requests, and tasks • A sense of humor and a willingness to grow together by tackling challenges
