📋 Description

• Develop and implement a global partner marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, sales strategy, and revenue targets • Identify and prioritize strategic partner relationships and work cross-functionally to build pipeline with and through partners • Design, launch, and manage partner marketing programs including co-marketing campaigns, joint value propositions, and demand generation • Develop marketing content and collateral for partners, including presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and training materials • Oversee creation and execution of joint events, webinars, and partner-facing initiatives to drive engagement and leads • Oversee partner enablement programs and ensure partners are well-versed in product offerings and competitive differentiators • Create and implement partner communication plans and publish partner-tailored content • Ensure top-tier partners are represented at Zip hosted events and secure sponsorships in collaboration with events team • Define long-term vision and strategy for global partner programs with Partner Sales leadership • Build and maintain executive relationships with key strategic partners and drive partner-sourced revenue growth • Establish operational processes, leverage PRM and LMS platforms, implement analytics, and report program ROI to leadership • Collaborate with product marketing, content, digital marketing, corporate communications, and sales operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of building successful partner marketing programs, enabling partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and partner ecosystems • Strong leader with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate at both strategic and tactical levels • Experience developing and executing global partner marketing strategies aligned with sales and product roadmaps • Experience designing and managing co-marketing campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and partner enablement materials • Experience creating sales playbooks, training materials, and partner enablement programs • Experience managing partner communications, events, webinars, and sponsorships • Experience building executive-level partner relationships and driving partner-sourced revenue with clear KPIs • Experience establishing operational processes and leveraging PRM and LMS platforms, analytics, and reporting on ROI • Experience managing budgets and collaborating with marketing operations and finance • Experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing partner marketing teams
