📋 Description

• Entwickelst Desktop-Anwendung für macOS und Windows weiter • Arbeitest mit Flutter Desktop, komplexen Oberflächen und Hardware-Anbindung • Gestaltest Architektur, State-Management und Modulgrenzen • Baue Lösungen für Formulardruck, PDF-Erzeugung und Etiketten • Sorge für stabile Offline-Fähigkeit, lokale Datenhaltung und zuverlässige Synchronisation mit dem Server • Behalt die Anforderungen eines zertifizierten Medizinprodukts im Blick • Reviewst Code und gibst Wissen im Mentoring weiter • Gestaltest, wie KI-Coding sinnvoll genutzt wird

🎯 Requirements

• Mindestens eine Flutter-Anwendung in Produktion gebracht und über mehrere Releases hinweg betreut • Kenntnisse in State-Management-Ansätzen wie Riverpod, Bloc oder Provider • Berührungspunkte mit der Grenze zwischen Flutter und Betriebssystem, z.B. über eigene Plugins, Platform Channels, FFI oder plattformspezifische Builds • Klare Haltung zu Teststrategie, Codequalität und Architektur • Denkan in Datenmodellen und Systemzusammenhängen • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Algorithmen und Datenstrukturen • Erfahrung mit Flutter Desktop ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung • Kenntnisse in PostgreSQL/MySQL, Unix-Shells und Scripting • Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern wie Medizin, Finanzen oder Automotive ist ein Plus • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
