📋 Description

• develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines • work with product and engineering teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables • identify and engage with all stakeholders, communicate project expectations and updates to stakeholders, and facilitate steering committees • work with the project team to surface risks and issues, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies • lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support as needed • ensure adherence to risk and governance processes, and facilitate project governance meetings • build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders, contributors and sponsors • ensure effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders, prepare and present regular status reports • work with key stakeholders to embed change effectively • coach individuals and teams to address dysfunctions and improve delivery outcomes • mentor junior colleagues in industry best practice and Zopa ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• experience in a Delivery related role • strong communication skills • experience managing medium/large multi team projects • experience managing both technical and non-technical projects • worked closely with product managers and software engineers • experience building and maintaining detailed project plans • keen problem solver and can navigate ambiguity effectively • experience managing senior and C-level stakeholders • solid understanding of change management principles • can prioritize effectively and know when to escalate for guidance • proactive in identifying and addressing your development needs • happy to come into the office at least 2 times a week or as required
