📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction for valuations modelling across the business • Oversee development of account-level NPV models across multiple lending products • Lead and develop a team of analysts and data scientists • Partner with stakeholders across analytics, credit strategy, finance, product and risk • Improve and simplify existing valuation frameworks where appropriate • Drive the evolution of the bank’s valuations capability and roadmap • Champion technical best practice across Python based modelling workflows • Support strategic projects including new product launches and portfolio activity

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience leading valuations within retail lending • Managed and developed high-performing teams • Comfortable working with Python based modelling environments • Deep experience with valuation and NPV modelling • Strong stakeholder manager who can influence senior audiences • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high impact • Strong analytical and commercial judgement • Experience across multiple lending products (Added bonus) • Experience leveraging valuations within decisioning pipelines (Added bonus) • Exposure to machine learning approaches within credit or valuations modelling (Added bonus) • Experience in fintech or fast-growing lending businesses (Added bonus)
