📋 Description

• Automate manual processes • Work cross-functionally to configure HL7 connections • Troubleshoot connection issues and other complications • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal Zotec employees as well as Zotec clients • Analyze and manipulate data by writing and running SQL queries • Analyze logs to identify and prevent potential issues from occurring • Utilize Javascript/SQL knowledge to write custom processes and modify data files • Develop custom interfaces and extracts from SQL Data • Create custom Reporting methods using Mirth Connect • Maintain Mirth Connect system by addressing failures/errors, and upgrades, in addition to allocating system resources • Complete all other duties as assigned • Participate in the on-call rotation and address on call items timely and to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 Years’ experience in healthcare integration • Knowledge and understanding of file structure for analysis (HL7, EDI x12, Image formats, Excel, OCR) • Interface engine experience required; Mirth preferred • Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries, to analyze data • Experience using Javascript to transform data • Experience operating in a change control environment • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills • Associate or bachelor’s degree in informatics or related field preferred • Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
