📋 Description

• Drive the pre-sales process through technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution design • Focus on Accounts Payable automation, Reporting, and Treasury workflows, with potential to expand into Order to Cash • Lead end-to-end demonstrations for high-value, complex deals • Gather technical requirements and partner with Account Executives to define solution strategies • Customize Zone demonstrations around client challenges and finance workflows • Coach junior Solution Consultants and Account Executives on value-based selling and competitive positioning • Lead and contribute to discovery calls with partners and NetSuite teams • Develop and maintain demo environments reflecting customer use cases and product releases • Create and maintain demo scripts, videos, solution briefs, and internal documentation • Mentor and upskill junior Solution Consultants • Own competitive intelligence for the specialty area, including maintaining resources via tools such as Klue • Use AI tools in demo development and delivery • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services on pre-sales and post-sale handoff • Partner with Product and Marketing on launches, field insights, competitive trends, and roadmap feedback • Contribute technical input to RFP responses

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, financial systems consulting, or related SaaS roles; exceptional candidates with fewer years may be considered with strong finance or ERP expertise • Ability to hold unscripted, high-stakes conversations with CFOs and finance leadership and translate product capabilities into commercial impact • Familiarity with accounts payable, Treasury, and Reporting workflows • Expected to grow into subject-matter ownership of Billing and Revenue Recognition or a related specialty • Hands-on experience with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Intacct, Tipalti, Ramp, or similar • Strong presentation, storytelling, and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences • Comfortable with on-site, in-person presentations • Consultative and problem-solving mindset, with experience building stakeholder trust and mentoring or upskilling colleagues • Ability to work in a fully remote, global SaaS environment and travel across the UK and EMEA for client meetings, workshops, and industry events
