• Represent the insureds of a prestigious commercial insurance carrier • Prepare and try moderate to high exposure General Liability and Commercial Auto cases • Engage in the practice of law in compliance with ethical standards • Conduct initial investigations, legal analyses, and evaluations of damages • Prepare and file legal pleadings and conduct pre-trial discovery • Handle hearings and trials and conduct post-trial activities • Mentor less experienced attorneys and provide leadership across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor • 7 or more years of experience in the Litigation area • Member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe • Experience working with Lexis or Westlaw • Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and the insurance defense litigation legal environment
