Descrição

• Manage and grow strategic U.S. federal government accounts for Abbott Molecular Diagnostics • Oversee the full sales cycle and strengthen high-level customer relationships • Drive revenue, profitability, and long-term partnerships • Lead sales and account management for large, complex government customers • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (C-suite) • Develop and execute a national government sales strategy • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and innovation partnerships across Abbott business units • Manage the full sales process from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure • Conduct strategic account planning, forecasting, and financial analysis

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree • Proven sales experience at executive level selling broad and complex product line for a minimum of 7-10 years • Proven ability to build long-term strategic and senior level relationships • Proven success as an expert in value-based, solution selling • Ability to effectively communicate, speak in public, and adapt to rapidly changing environments • Executive level business and financial acumen • Strong team leadership skills and knowledge of all products and services • Ability to travel up to 75% in assigned territory and other locations in the US
