Descrição

• The Regional Service Director is responsible for managing and leading the business in the assigned geography (West.) • This role focuses on profitably growing Core Lab’s market share in the United States through effective leadership of district service teams, guiding them to meet the strategic, tactical, and financial objectives of the Division. • Implementation and installation of Abbott solutions at new client sites • Leading the Technical Application Specialist team to develop correlation and method comparison studies for the Abbott assays • Provide proactive and reactive service to all customers to ensure we meet and exceed customer up-time expectations • Implements and executes Area and Regional Service and Support Strategy, service budget and resource planning.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, biological science, or Medical Technologist or equivalent industry experience. • Experience working with IVD assay technology and prior laboratory management or clinical engineering experience preferred • Experience managing people leaders is preferred
